    Requirements & Specifications

    Every project begins with a detailed review of your drawings, specifications, or sample parts.

    This ensures all dimensions, tolerances, and functional requirements are clearly defined before machining begins.

    Material Selection & Preparation

    We machine components from the materials specified in your order, including aluminium, carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, and engineering plastics.

    Raw stock is cut into blanks and prepared with the initial turning, drilling, or facing operations required for stable machining.

    Machining & Component Manufacturing

    Using our CNC machining and turning centres (including Gildemeister MD 7 and Hurco 600) and conventional lathes, we carry out milling, turning, boring, and drilling.

    With capacity up to Ø1250 mm and 3000 mm in length, we produce everything from small precision parts to large, heavy components.

  • 04

    Heat Treatment & Finishing (as required)

    Depending on application, components may undergo heat treatment to improve strength and wear resistance, followed by grinding, polishing, or other finishing processes to ensure accuracy and durability.

    Inspection

    All parts are checked against the original specifications using precision measuring tools.

    This ensures every component meets the required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.

    Delivery

    Once approved, the finished components are cleaned, securely packaged, and delivered across the UK and Europe with full documentation.
