Hello. We’re Hard Ferr.

A family-owned precision engineering company established in 1986.
With offices in both Hungary and the UK, we provide industrial clients with a cost-efficient route to high-quality metal and plastic manufacturing solutions.

Our core expertise spans Gear Manufacturing, OEM & Custom CNC Metal Manufacturing, and Plastic Injection Moulding, including both mould making and plastic component production.

Clients across the UK and Europe trust us for our technical capability, transparent communication, and consistent results, project after project.

What We Do

With decades of experience and advanced in-house capabilities, we support our clients with:

Gear Manufacturing

Precision gears and gear racks engineered to your specifications.
We manufacture spur gears, worms and worm wheels, splined gears, and sprockets using advanced CNC and gear-cutting technology. From engineered replacements to OEM production, every gear is built for durability, smooth operation, and consistent performance.

OEM & Custom CNC Metal Manufacturing

High-accuracy CNC machining for complex, custom, and large-format components. With 5-axis milling and CNC turning up to Ø1250 mm and 3000 mm in length, we produce precision parts across metals and engineering plastics, from engineered replacements and bespoke components to repeatable, production-ready OEM parts for demanding industrial applications.

Plastic Injection Moulds

High-performance mould making and ready plastic component production. We design and manufacture injection moulds, including multi-cavity, overmould, and 2K and 3K systems, and also produce complete plastic components in-house using our own moulding machines. Every tool and part is built for accuracy, repeatability, and long-term production efficiency.
